Before you write in
- Reload the extension: right-click the GrooveMix icon → Manage Extension → toggle it off and on, or hit the reload icon on
chrome://extensions. - No sound on a deck: the tab has to already be playing (or have played) audio in that browser tab – GrooveMix reads the tab's existing audio, it doesn't fetch or stream anything itself.
- License not activating: double-check the key against the confirmation email from Gumroad, and that you're online when you hit Activate.
